Nirvikalp Yog Studio
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in classes, workshops, programs, retreats, events, teacher trainings, or using any services offered by Nirvikalp Yog Studio.
By making payment, registering, attending classes, participating in any activity, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Nirvikalp Yog Studio.
Enrollment, attendance, participation, registration, payment, or use of any service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Enrollment, Booking and Payment

All enrollments, memberships, bookings, registrations, and programs are subject to availability.

Payment must be made through approved payment methods.

Monthly fees are payable between the 5th and 7th of each month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Students are not permitted to calculate, deduct, adjust, withhold, or modify fees independently.

Any fee-related concerns must be discussed directly with the studio administration.
Monthly Membership Period

All monthly memberships operate on a calendar-month basis.
-
Membership begins on the 1st day of the month and ends on the last day of the same month, irrespective of the joining date.
Drop-In Classes
-
Students who do not wish to enroll for a monthly membership may attend on a drop-in basis subject to availability.

The drop-in class fee is ₹300 per class.
-
Drop-in fees must be paid before attending the class.
3. Fees, Attendance, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Strict No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Nirvikalp Yog Studio are strictly non-refundable.
-
No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including illness, relocation, travel, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, personal reasons, or non-attendance.

Workshops, retreats, teacher training programs, events, special sessions, promotional offers, discounted packages, memberships, and private sessions are strictly non-refundable.
No Transfer Policy

Fees are non-transferable.
-
Memberships, classes, credits, and payments cannot be transferred to another person.
-
Fees cannot be carried forward to future months.
-
Fees cannot be adjusted against future services, classes, memberships, workshops, or programs.
Attendance and Fee Responsibility

Enrollment reserves a place in the class schedule for the student.
-
If a student attends more than five (5) classes during a month, the student shall be responsible for paying either:

The applicable monthly membership fee; or
-
The drop-in class fee of ₹300 per class attended.
-
Student Absence
-
If a scheduled class is conducted and the instructor is available, the student remains responsible for the applicable fee regardless of attendance.

Student absence shall not entitle the student to any refund, adjustment, extension, replacement class, credit, carry-forward, compensation, or fee reduction.
-
Missed classes due to illness, travel, work commitments, family obligations, weather conditions, examinations, vacations, or personal circumstances remain the sole responsibility of the student.
Instructor Unavailability
If a class cannot be conducted due to instructor unavailability, Nirvikalp Yog Studio may, at its sole discretion:

Provide an exclusive recorded session;

Make another reasonable adjustment.
Such adjustment shall constitute full settlement of the affected class.
4. Home Yoga Classes Policy
Home Class Commitment
Home Yoga Classes require dedicated scheduling, travel time, and reservation of a fixed teaching slot exclusively for the student.
By enrolling in Home Yoga Classes, the student acknowledges that a specific time slot is reserved and that the instructor may decline other teaching opportunities to honor this commitment.
Reserved Teaching Time
The fees charged for Home Yoga Classes include:

Teaching time;
-
Travel time to and from the student’s location;
-
Reservation of a dedicated teaching slot;
-
Scheduling commitments made by the instructor;
-
Administrative and operational costs;
-
Loss of alternative teaching opportunities.
Mandatory Notice Period
Students may not discontinue, suspend, pause, or terminate Home Yoga Classes without prior written notice.
A minimum written notice period of two (2) calendar months is required.
Early Termination Liability
Students who discontinue Home Yoga Classes without providing the required notice period shall remain liable for payment of fees during the notice period.
No Immediate Cancellation
Students may not abruptly stop Home Yoga Classes with immediate effect.
The reserved teaching schedule shall continue until:

The two-month notice period has been completed; or
-
Nirvikalp Yog Studio provides written approval for earlier termination.
Student Absence During Home Classes
If the instructor arrives at the scheduled location and the student is absent, unavailable, late, traveling, occupied, or otherwise unable to attend, the class shall be deemed conducted.
No refund, adjustment, replacement class, extension, carry-forward, compensation, or fee reduction shall be provided.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and remain subject to instructor availability.
Approval of rescheduling remains solely at the discretion of Nirvikalp Yog Studio.
Late Cancellation
Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session shall be treated as a completed session and charged in full.
5. Online Yoga Classes Policy
Online Class Commitment
Online Yoga Classes require the reservation of a dedicated teaching slot and instructor availability exclusively for the student.
Attendance Responsibility
Students are responsible for joining sessions on time using the platform and meeting link provided by Nirvikalp Yog Studio.
Late arrival shall not result in extension of the scheduled session.
Technical Requirements
Students are solely responsible for ensuring:

Stable internet connectivity;
-
Functional audio and video equipment;
-
Adequate practice space;
-
Proper camera positioning;
-
Safe surroundings for yoga practice.
Technical issues on the student’s side shall not qualify for refunds, adjustments, credits, or replacement sessions.
Camera Requirement
For private sessions, students may be required to keep their camera switched on.
Nirvikalp Yog Studio shall not be liable for injuries or improper practice resulting from:

Camera being switched off;
-
Poor internet connection;
-
Inadequate lighting;
-
Improper camera positioning;
-
Limited visibility.
Student Absence
If the instructor is present and available, the session shall be deemed conducted regardless of whether the student joins or attends.
No refund, adjustment, extension, replacement class, carry-forward, or fee reduction shall be provided.
Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
-
Requests remain subject to instructor availability.
-
Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the session shall be treated as a completed session and charged in full.
Recording Restrictions
Students may not record, reproduce, distribute, livestream, publish, upload, or share any online class, recording, training material, or educational content without prior written permission.
Meeting Link Security
Meeting links, passwords, recordings, course materials, and access credentials are strictly for the registered student.
Sharing access with others is prohibited and may result in termination of services without refund.
6. Health and Medical Responsibility

Students are solely responsible for determining whether they are physically, mentally, and medically fit to participate.

Any injury, illness, surgery, pregnancy, physical limitation, or health condition must be disclosed before participation.

Students are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning yoga practice where appropriate.

Participation is voluntary and at the student’s own discretion.
Safety Instructions
Students must immediately stop any practice if instructed to do so by the teacher.
Failure to follow safety instructions, modifications, precautions, or guidance shall be entirely at the student’s own risk.
7. Liability Waiver
Participation in yoga activities involves inherent physical risks.
By participating, students acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is entirely voluntary and at their own risk.

Nirvikalp Yog Studio, its instructors, staff, assistants, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, disability, loss, damage, medical condition, or death arising directly or indirectly from participation.

The studio shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability is expressly excluded.
8. Privacy Policy

Personal information may be collected for operational, educational, communication, administrative, marketing, and business purposes.

Information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Personal information shall not be sold to third parties.

Information may be disclosed where required by law.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, recorded, sold, transmitted, or used without prior written permission.
10. Student Conduct and Instruction Compliance
Compliance with Instruction
Students are required to follow the instructions, teaching methodology, class structure, and practice sequence prescribed by the instructor.
Respect for Professional Expertise
All instructors associated with Nirvikalp Yog Studio are trained professionals and follow established yogic methodologies.
Students shall not:

Attempt to instruct the teacher;

Demand that classes follow YouTube videos, social media reels, influencers, or third-party content;
-
Insist that instructors learn from or adopt external sources;
-
Interfere with the teaching methodology;
-
Disrupt the planned structure of the class.
Yoga Is Not an Exercise Entertainment Session
Nirvikalp Yog Studio provides authentic yoga instruction.
Students are requested not to convert yoga classes into exercise-only sessions by demanding excessive repetitions, random workouts, social-media-inspired routines, or practices inconsistent with the instructor’s methodology.
The instructor retains full authority regarding:

Class structure;
-
Practice sequence;
-
Selection of yogic techniques;
-
Duration of practices;
-
Modifications and progressions;
-
Safety considerations.
Respectful Conduct
Students shall maintain respectful, professional, and courteous behavior at all times.
The following may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund:

Disruptive behavior;
-
Harassment;
-
Abusive language;
-
Threatening conduct;
-
Repeated interference with teaching methods;
-
Failure to follow safety instructions;
-
Misconduct toward instructors, staff, or fellow students;

Damage to property;
-
Violation of studio policies.
Nirvikalp Yog Studio reserves the absolute right to refuse admission, suspend participation, or terminate services without refund.
11. Schedule and Service Changes
Nirvikalp Yog Studio reserves the right to:

Modify schedules;

Change instructors;

Change class timings;
-
Modify class formats;
-
Cancel classes;
-
Reschedule classes;
-
Introduce new policies;

Discontinue services;
at any time where reasonably necessary.
12. Photography and Media Consent
Photographs, videos, recordings, testimonials, and other media may be captured during classes, workshops, retreats, events, and programs.
By participating, students grant permission for such materials to be used for:

Educational purposes;

Promotional activities;
-
Marketing campaigns;
-
Social media content;
-
Website content;
-
Printed materials.
Students who do not wish to appear in such media must notify the studio in writing before participation.
13. Amendments
Nirvikalp Yog Studio reserves the right to revise, update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms and Conditions become effective immediately upon publication on official communication channels, websites, or studio notices.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions.
