2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings for classes, workshops, memberships, and programs are subject to availability.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through approved payment methods.

• Monthly fees are payable between the 5th and 7th of each month.

• Each student’s membership period is calculated from the 1st day of the calendar month.

• Students must not calculate, deduct, or adjust fees on their own. Any fee-related concerns should be discussed directly with the administration.

3. Fees, Attendance, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All fees paid to Nirvikalp Yog Studio are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, relocation, illness, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

• Workshops, yoga programs, teacher trainings, special events, retreats, and promotional or discounted packages are strictly non-refundable.

• No partial refunds will be issued for missed classes, unused sessions, or incomplete memberships.

• Fees are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.

• Fees cannot be carried forward to future months.

• Fees cannot be adjusted against future classes, memberships, workshops, or programs.

• Failure to attend classes does not entitle a student to fee adjustment, credit, extension, refund, or compensation.

• Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly to receive maximum benefit from their practice.

4. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in yoga classes and activities.

• Any pre-existing medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or health concern should be disclosed to the instructor before participation.

• Participants are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any yoga practice if they have health concerns.

• Students practice at their own discretion and responsibility.

5. Liability Waiver

• Participation in yoga classes, workshops, programs, retreats, and events is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

• Nirvikalp Yog Studio, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in any activity.

• The studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the premises.

6. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and handle personal information responsibly.

• By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information for administrative, educational, communication, and business purposes.

• Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by Nirvikalp Yog Studio, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, course materials, recordings, and website content, remains the intellectual property of Nirvikalp Yog Studio.

• No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.

• Disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.

• Nirvikalp Yog Studio reserves the right to refuse admission, suspend participation, or terminate services without refund if a participant violates the studio’s policies or code of conduct.

9. Class Schedule and Instructor Changes

• Class schedules, instructors, timings, and formats may be modified when necessary.

• Nirvikalp Yog Studio reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or substitute classes without prior notice when circumstances require.

10. Photography and Media

• Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during classes, workshops, or events for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.

• By participating in our activities, you grant permission for the use of such photographs or recordings unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

11. Modification of Terms

Nirvikalp Yog Studio reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on our website or official communication channels.
